Many look at the church like the church is an NGO solely responsible for behavioral modification.
How on earth can one say that because of the current rate of immorality, the Church has failed?
The Church has weightier matters to handle, issues of eternal consequence much which has to to with doctrinal issues far more weightier than moral issues.
The Church is a place for doctrine and not behavior modification center.
Lets look at Jesus on morals:
Moral failure

On doctrinal error ,Jesus rebuked .On moral failure ,He showed compassion and forgiveness

We must know and understand the role of the church.
I strongly believe the reason for all this immoral behaviors is because the church have shifted focus from doctrinal issues to morality and money consciousness
Doctrinal error is a public issue ,and impersonal, moral failures don’t carry same weight at all.
Except when the matter is done publicly like the Corinthian matter as paul instructed Timothy
1 Timothy 5:20 KJV
[20] Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.
Note the term “ before all “
We shouldn’t mix apples with oranges .
So ,don’t Apply the wrong judgement call.
