Rivalries among Ghanaian musicians
He spoke about rivalries in Ghanaian music and asserted that such behavior is becoming a thing of the past in the United States and other developed civilizations.

“Rivalry is self-defeating and only good for the press. Time spent on gimmickry should be spent rather on creativity” he said.

Use music for greater good of society
He advised musicians to capitalize on their music to promote social causes and not only use their musical talents for personal aggrandizement. “The platform of music is a sacred one because a lot can be done through music. It should therefore be used for the greater good of society” he said.

Praises for Stonebwoy and others

He was full of praise for Stonebwoy, Samini, Shatta Wale and Episode who he said are doing amazing stuff.

He revealed he has been friends with Stonebwoy for a long time now and expressed a lot of respect for him. He says he particularly admires Stonebwoy’s resilience and passion and added that “he has really put in the work.”
