Ghana Politics News-NDC’s Joseph Yammin has stated his readiness to work fully with the newly elected Ashanti NDC Chair; Augustus Andrews Nana Kwasi.
He says no one benefits from NDC’s defeat in election 2020.
“We have to join hands and push the destructive elephant into the bush”, he stated.
Joseph Yammin was speaking to NDC folk at a get-together he organized for those who helped him campaign in the just ended regional chairmanship election.
He called for unity and stated that “we don’t want to spend our time solving internal party problems instead of working towards election 2020”. “We are not now going to search for those who voted for or against Yammin, and I believe we will not search also for those who voted for or against Nana Kwasi”.
The new regional chairman; Nana Kwasi also attended the event. He had closed from his thanksgiving service at church and decided to join the celebration.
Joseph Yammin and Nana Kwasi were seen sitting together and communicating freely with each other.
Many who attended praised both Yammin and Nana Kwasi for a great display of maturity and believed that it was a sign of unshakeable unity that will win the NDC power in the next election.
